I'm Isaac.
I am always fascinated by things around at a very young age, observing life, every interaction, every conversation. The imagery of those moments always seems to live in my memory, ready to be access at every opportunity. Finding it hard to express those imagery through words, and with an opportunity to been assigned as a photographer for a trip, I suddenly was given the freedom to express what I see and what I felt through a camera lens, a smartphone camera to be exact. I was bitten by the photography bug.
How it all started.
I started my learning of photography with a friend's old DSLR. Shooting everything that I can see around me and even though it was fun, somehow it was still missing those storytelling element that I was eager to express. I then started shooting street photography, observing life like I used to love and boy that was a game changer! I learned about natural light, composition, capturing the moment, and it opened my eyes to not only human, but those elements around me.
... until the pandemic hit, and we are all stuck at home. To fulfill my urge to photograph, I found that the constant thing that always change in my house was FOOD. Hence I started my food photography journey, from capturing every meal I ate during the lockdown, to learning how to create visually aesthetic food photos through styling, studio lighting and composition. I found out that there are so much storytelling that I can achieve through food photography ! The rest... is history.

Hence I usually likes to create a mood behind each shoot, to bring audience in emotionally, to feel the moment, taste the moment.
